Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Shannon. We're sorry you were disappointed with your most recent visit with us. We spoke with the Service Director about your situation and we were able to get some more information. The recall that you had performed was completed by re-calibrating the brake module. This would be the first step in working on the brake problem that you had also brought your vehicle in for. If the recalibration did not fix the brake problem, please let us know so we can take further steps to fix the issue. We do want to let you know that the next step is replacing a pump which can take a few days to complete, so it is not something that you would be able to wait at the dealership to be completed. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Jamesley. We shared in your surprise and frustration regarding how long it took to get the tire to the dealership. Unfortunately, there was an error in our inventory system with your tires. The inventory system showed that we had all 4 tires in stock, but there was only 3 so we had to get that 4th tire brought in. We do understand that shouldn't have brought additional inconvenience to you, and we do again apologize. We did actually give you free road hazard insurance for the tires which normally comes with a charge, but we are also happy to provide your next oil change for you. We have made additional notes in our system to reflect that, but if there are every any problems going forward, please reach out to Theresa in our Customer Relations Department at theresa@jimbutlerchevrolet.com or 636-717-3017.

Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us.
