The people are very nice and friendly. They did a frist time check up and the oil change and rotation on the tires. But they didnt check the air pressure they where low. Rattle in dash I sit outside the big door for 20 minutes. Many employees walked by and looked at me without offering assistance. Finally a guy told me to pull up and I sit outside the big door for 20 minutes. Many employees walked by and looked at me without offering assistance. Finally a guy told me to pull up and the door opened automatically. There was a customer in front of me inside, and I was waiting for them to move. When I pulled in, the same guy who looked at me sitting outside several times walked up and pointed me to the rental counter . When I was there before some one met me outside and informed me of what to do next. Feel like I am being herded like cattle when I pull up there. The rental process and vehicle was awesome. Just a bit aggravating after a 45 minute trip one way. As for the rattle in the dash, it is not repaired . The rattle still exists. I think I have located the issue though. I will contact the service department when I schedule my next service with my discovery. More
