They are very friendly, attentive, and nice in the service department. Don’t like the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. The workers are friendly and do their job well. My issue is when I have a 7:30 am appointment I show up at 7:20 am and don’t check in until 7:45 am because there are 10 cars in front of me. Then to perform an oil change and a tire rotation and I don’t get my car back until 10 am?? Is that fair? Is it good “appointment” management? This isn’t the first time this has happened. Friendly staff, but poor communication with customer. I made an appointment for early Monday morning, then told when I dropped it off it won’t even be looked at for 24-48 hours. I had to call several times for an update (we needed our truck to move college kids back home, so I needed to know if I had to figure something else out if it wasn’t fixed in time. Did not receive a call back after I was told someone would call me. Ended up scrambling to figure out how to move my kids home, didn’t get the truck back until the following week. We traded our 150,000+ mileage truck in so we’d have something reliable and didn’t want to risk breaking down…that plan backfired! More

When I picked up my vehicle, there was grease on multiple spots in the drivers seat. The service person (Walt) put plastic on it and said to come back on Monday to have it cleaned. So he wanted me to drive my car with grease on the seat covered in plastic all weekend which it would have spread and make it worse. I went to Walmart and picked up some leather cleaner and had it cleaned in a couple of minutes. You live up to your bad reputation that you have for a service department.. I was just there for a simple recall. More
