A beautiful dealership the people there are great. The only problem I had is I went out to a Chevy dealer and drove away in a Mitsubishi, which I have to take to Frank Leta to have service. After I got home I noticed an issue with the service that was provided. I left voicemail with the service advisor. Shortly afterward, he called and said their tech had to meet with the service manager. He was provided. I left voicemail with the service advisor. When I picked up my car they hadn’t cleaned any of the grease and oil off of the tires after they put them on and it took me a couple hours the next day to get it off, and my wheels were scratched. I guess it was my bad for not looking at the wheels more closely when I picked it up but it was late and kind of dark so I didn’t pay any attention. Anyhow, I’m 75 years old and cleaning up something at the car wash the next day after I buy new tires was not on my list of things to do. More
