The customer service is great, but the mechanics just don’t seem to care. This is the 2nd time bringing my Tahoe to get oil changed. The People there are great; Jim butlers prices are insane now. Not okay. Very disappointed in the price gauging, as I’ve used this dealership for both buying my cars and maintenance-ing my cars. Went in for a recall on my airbag cracked my dash said he had a video of it. I got there they couldn’t pull it up on camera.
