We dropped our car off on a Sunday evening to have a "shift to park" message checked. It turned out our car needed a new "shift to park" sensor. It too 9 days to do this!! 7 weekdays. Unacceptable. Our experience was very pleasant, the guys we dealt with were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). They explained everything were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). They explained everything and made sure to answer all our questions and we understood. And Michael handled my husband well who can be a negative Nancy at times lol. I liked the idea that they run the numbers first and said this is what you can afford and gave us a couple of choices. We didn't feel like the car prices were ballooned and unaffordable. We are definitely recommending Jim Butler when showing off our new car. More

I am a 66 year old black woman I feel they did not give me the courtesy that I deserved after I was tricked into buying a defective vehicle. First there was a crack in the windshield and a dent in the tru me the courtesy that I deserved after I was tricked into buying a defective vehicle. First there was a crack in the windshield and a dent in the trunk area that I asked the salesperson to correct that was never fixed. Then Two weeks after I bought the vehicle the check engine light came on. They Fix the fuel pump then about a month later the check engine light came on again and they wanted me to pay $200 to have it checked out I’m on a fix income I don’t have extra money I gave the code to someone else and they said it was a fuel pump problem again. Jim Butler did not give me the satisfaction I deserve. I will never recommend Jim Butter to anyone until they do right by me. The only thing I will tell people is that I was not treated right by this dealership. More

Have a loaner the first time second time had to come up with one once they said they fixed the truck we got there. I turned the key on and everything was the same as before.
