My wife and I also looked at a Tahoe and fuzz was happy to show it to us and gave all the info we was after and wasn’t pushy. I like that in a salesman. We are torn about buying another vehicle for Jim Butler because of when we bought out 2016 2500 hd there were some things that were supposed to be taken care of but seemed to be forgotten about. More
Above and Beyond I will say that buying a car is a very nerve racking experience in general. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Essentially allowing me to drive the vehicle over the weekend and let me get a feel of what my day to day would be like. The last thing I wanted was to regret my decision to buy a car and find something that would make me not enjoy it. More

The only disappointing thing was that we had an appointment for a Wednesday, but the service department was behind and the vehicle wasn't touched until Friday. They kept us up to date on timing but it was very inconvenient to be without our vehicle for that many days. More

car repairs For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the car needed it.I got half way home and had to be towed back to the dealership.Last week I got my oil changed,went outside to leave and there was a big chip in the door handle.It was fixed at no charge to me.But that was 4 trips to the dealership.Every time I come there for service, I have to return.Doug Kircher was very helpful.Every one there that I talked to was very sorry about the trouble. But this is getting old.If I have this again I will take my car some where else. More

Alex the manager helped us get the tonneau cover (another whole problem) but ignored us and wouldn’t answer our calls when we discovered defective locks had been installed on the cover TWICE! Thank you, Dalton, for your persistence and getting the job done! You are an asset to the service department. More

We talked via internet for a week and were able to set things up to be ready when we arrived. Our trade in amount was fair and the new 2018 Colorado price was better than anywhere in central Illinois. We love the truck and would definitely go back. More
