Not the fastest service. Shuttle driver was awesome. Waited a bit before a service advisor even spoke to me for a scheduled oil change. The guy who checked in my car wound up having to give me a lift also. He was super friendly. My service advisor was a bit short with me and not warm at all. He was fine by rhe time we were done. Considering I waited over 10 minutes for him (he was nowhere to be found) he was a bit cold. Took over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Glad I did not wait there. More

They provide coffee and bottled water (and donuts) which is nice too. The staff is very apologetic if the service takes longer than expected, but explain everything done to the car and when it might need something in the future. I also get a free car wash every time I go there. I feel like they care about their customers and I would recommend any friends or family to go to Butler. More

Stressful Loved Tony Palmer in the beginning, great guy but when I emailed him after I took possession of my vehicle with questions, he never responded to my em Loved Tony Palmer in the beginning, great guy but when I emailed him after I took possession of my vehicle with questions, he never responded to my email. The thing that really bothers me was how the process was done, I told Tony that it was not a done deal till I discussed financing, by then he had the truck washed and ready to go. You know your not suppose to speak bad about people, I will bite my tongue, the finance guy had an attitude when I told him that their interest rate was too high with my great credit. So I went to my bank and got a great interest rate. I came back to the dealership on Monday with the check, handed it to Tony, and we had to wait for the finance guy for over an hour. One of the things which almost squashed the deal was that all the paperwork said that we had a full GM warranty, and this was also advertised on the website, also advertised was the navigation system in the truck, where Tony came to me and said that the truck can not come with the warranty because of the aftermarket radio and navigation system which was advertised. I told Tony that I was very close to telling him to take the truck and sticking it.. The whole process from when I agreed to buy the truck to when I drove it home was about 4 to 5 hours, way too long. More

Very good customer service all around My car's AC stopped working within 24 hours of purchasing it. I took it in and they fixed the issue and provided a nice car loaner. Well, the final result was disappointing. So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. I continue to find items not completed or wrapped up proper So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. I continue to find items not completed or wrapped up properly. This time, it was an accessory that was not tightened down and two screws in the headliner that were left in the seat and not put into their proper holes. SO, I tightened the accessory down and installed the screws. It's the last 5% folks... More
