Sale Rep Top Notch. Loan department disappointing. Brian Andrews is the best sales rep we’ve ever had. Would recommend him to anyone and want him again. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought new cars in Brian Andrews is the best sales rep we’ve ever had. Would recommend him to anyone and want him again. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought new cars in 12months there and we are less than satisfied with the loan rep services. We had truck picked out night before and sent all of our required information for loan department prior to arrival. Spent 5 hours there next day to purchase. Both loan reps this year have been highly disappointing. They seem unhappy with their jobs and against customers. When asked questions, they both seemed annoyed and against you. Neither one has been able to answer basic questions about warranty criteria and only give a simple brochure with information. I hate walking out feeling like crap when we should be excited about a new vehicle purchase. Brian Andrews had the best customer service and showed a lot of respect to us.
