They even gave me a discount for my husband serving in the military which I thought was great. I received a rental car to use while I was waiting on my car to be delivered. Engine Diagnostica and Oil Change - 2 Days? Made an APPOINTMENT for service when engine light came on. But since I dropped the car off and did not actually wait in the waiting room I guess my A Made an APPOINTMENT for service when engine light came on. But since I dropped the car off and did not actually wait in the waiting room I guess my APPOINTMENT was not honored, and they kept bumping my car down the line in favor of the folks who were in the waiting room. I did not hear from my service rep until the end of the day when he explained that they were really swamped and a couple guys were sick and that they were not able to complete a diagnostic and oil change an needed to keep my car for a 2nd day. I guess I am glad I did not go in for a more significant repair, not sure how long that would have taken. So I guess the next time I will have to wait in the waiting room to make sure that I am able to get someone to look at my car more or less around the time of my APPOINTMENT, and not take 2 days for something that should not take more than 2 hours. More
