Jim Butler Chevrolet - Another Success Story Our gratitude to the Jim Butler Fenton team...and particularly to those on the front lime that shepherded us through what had to have been an excrucia Our gratitude to the Jim Butler Fenton team...and particularly to those on the front lime that shepherded us through what had to have been an excruciating experience in helping us to purchase our new 2019 Colorado. We had never purchased a new car or truck and admittedly we were apprehensive and of course ignorant of the entire process. Samantha Tate was so instrumental in helping us find the exact vehicle we were looking for, and putting up with my endless questions and badgering as we communicated via email and text messaging in the initial phase of communications. Scott Johnson got us through a test drive answering all of our detailed vehicle questions with expertise and patiently waiting while we once again revisited our indecision before committing to the deal. And Stacey Thornton...bless you Stacey for calmly dealing with the seemingly incompatible complications we imposed on the financing side working to get to an acceptable solution...all well after the dealership closed and at the end of a 13 hour workday. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise in all aspects of the conduct of Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton that made what might have been a fearful experience into a pleasant one.
