This service is available upon request, but, as an alternative, we do provide every customer with a free car wash coupon upon check out. We would like to look into this situation further to get some more information with regard to the rental vehicle. It sounds like GM was able to assist you with the cost of the repair, but if they do that, they do not cover the rental, as is their policy.
