Get the customer in and then ignore them. I realize this is somewhat after the fact; but, when I was looking for a Jeep I found one that looked very promising on this website. I met with Eric Ruchala who at the time of the initial appointment was extremely helpful. It wasn't until I had some questions and concerns after leaving the dealership that he neglected to return phone calls. The issue in question was that the vehicle was supposed to have a trial of Sirius XM Radio. I purchased the Jeep, a 2011 Grand Cherokee with the Overland package, and have yet to have this feature. I have even purchased a new antenna for the vehicle without any luck. They sent out the vehicle without the key to the locking lug nuts on the wheels. I called and left a voice mail to see if they were going to be open on Martin Luther King Day and received no response. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again nor will i EVER refer any friend or family member here. More

Truck work done Told them that i was having issues with my trailer break system and they recommend i drop it off for a day or two so someone can take a look at it. Recall and general check Your team worked hard to get my car back quickly. It was for a recall on wiper issue. I also asked them to check over my car since my extended warranty is expiring on 2/23/19. They indicated they did that and found nothing. While driving home my tire pressure light came on indicating 2 tires, one in front and one in rear, were low on air pressure. I had to wait till the next morning to air in my tires. Now my car is hesitating while I accelerate. I am in the process of bring it back for service. I realize that sometimes things like this occur, but it is very frustrating to have the car towed. Now I will have to get someone to take me to get the car once it is ready from your service department. More
