Called me Monday and said the car was out of warranty and it was going to cost around $450 and would have to pay for the rental . And after a long discussion he didn’t charge me for the rental , and acted like he did me a major favor , so Thursday the check engine light is coming back on , and car is running the same way it did . I’ve bought a brand new 2015 SS camaro , a new 2017 Malibu , my mom bought a new Chevy equinox a few years ago . I was Getting ready to trade the camaro in a for a new truck ! That’s definitely not going to happen now , I will go else where . Also calling GM directly and making a compliant about Jim Butler Chevy ! More
Very good service, the department runs extremely efficient I had a 1000 scheduled appointment to have a DVD screen fixed in my 2016 suburban. It took about 3 hours to diagnose and confirm a replacement part w I had a 1000 scheduled appointment to have a DVD screen fixed in my 2016 suburban. It took about 3 hours to diagnose and confirm a replacement part was needed. The dealership did NOT have a replacement on-site or nearby. A new part would be in the next day. Kim arranged for me to get a rental at no charge and sent me on my way. I received a call the next day the vehicle was ready, went it, got the Suburban and all is good. More
