We do understand your frustration with the longer than usual wait time and the confusion at check out. We are constantly working to improve our wait times for routine maintenance and we hope that is reflected on your future visits. We also apologize that there was not someone there to get your keys for you. We are in the middle of some big changes to our processes and the construction of our Service Department which has led to some confusion.
