Jim Butler's service department might just be the worst in the entire area. The crazy thing... they couldn't even manage to order and install two tires competently. On 6-13 I was told my tires were ordered in the entire area. The crazy thing... they couldn't even manage to order and install two tires competently. On 6-13 I was told my tires were ordered and they would call me when they arrived. Can't even set an install appointment until the tires are in. It's now seven days later. No call. No contact. Nada. Not even going to waste my time calling them back at this point as another shop up the road w2as more than happy to take their business not only for the tires but the brake job I need done soon as well. Tires ordered, in the next morning and on the car by 10am the following day. I really don't know what to say about the service level at a dealer because I was always told it was the best place to go even if it was more expensive. I have to dispute this because I was happy to pay a little more and get it done than to be seven days later and Jim Butler hasn't even taken the time to call back. I have to say this very clearly.. I had the tires and I also have three other repairs they would have got the business for.. but not now. I don't see even wasting my time ever again even if they are right around the corner. Who knows if the tires were ever ordered or of they are sitting there in the building... and I doubt I'll ever know. More

I had a short wait when I first arrived but once I was greeted there was no problem.
