The customer service we have received just trying to get a simple inspection, after buying our truck at Jim Butler, was a nightmare. I waited 3 hours the first time I was scheduled to come in and it never a simple inspection, after buying our truck at Jim Butler, was a nightmare. I waited 3 hours the first time I was scheduled to come in and it never was inspected. I had to reschedule and the second time I was told my truck was getting the inspection while I seen my truck clearly sitting outside of the doors. Then I was told they had to drive it to a different location. Then I was told the off site locations machine was broken, therefore they had to do it right at the dealership itself. You can’t make this stuff up. The lack of consideration, and organization are both lacking is a serious way. More
