Had a recall on my truck,took it in and they had to order the parts,which took over a year to get the part in. Once it finally was installed all good to go. I would not buy another car from this dealer based on the service after buying a used car and 5 minutes from dealer tire sensor light came on and 2 weeks after purchase check engine light came on service app service after buying a used car and 5 minutes from dealer tire sensor light came on and 2 weeks after purchase check engine light came on service appt was pushed out almost 2 weeks which I thought was too long then was told I would have to pay for diagnostic which was $200 so I complained to service manager and he was able to help with a little bit I understand tire sensors can go out at anytime but they had just put on new tires and something like that not being covered I just feel was unacceptable it ultimately cost me $120 to get car back basically but they did fix the other saying that the warranty I purchased covered the water temp thermostat More

This has been the most frustrating experience ever. After waiting three weeks for an appointment to have my vehicle, that I purchased from Jim Butler to be serviced. I was contacted that day to confirm my concerns. I was told they were running behind and it could be two or three days before they would have a diagnostic plan. After seven days I called back and left two messages. The next day I called back and left another message. Couple hours later I got a call letting me know they did have to replace some parts and even though I have the extended warranty which gives me a rental car, there were none available so they would call me when the vehicle was ready. One week later I got a call to come get my vehicle. Two weeks of finding a ride is not pleasant. This has got to be a serious issue with this dealership. More
nice people but i still don'i have my fully paid-for van and am being dunned by the Line Five loan company to pay for service warranty which i won't pay for until i have possession...also the car has not be and am being dunned by the Line Five loan company to pay for service warranty which i won't pay for until i have possession...also the car has not been fully detailed altho signed & paid for on 1/25/25...i do not have title so cannot transfer tags & register... am without transportation except when my wife is not using her car, inconvenient...altho the transaction was not big money my expectation since it was paid for, was of a reasonably swift delivery for complete satisfaction, not over a week's delay.
