Horrible customer service! ! I purchased a new vehicle from Pedro Diaz and the Auto Mall location. After I had signed all the paperwork, he dropped all pretenses of customer ser ! The 2nd key to my vehicle was at the other dealership, and he refused to bring it to me and refused to have anyone to get it and bring it to me. He insisted that I had to drive across town and get it myself. Now, I had just spent 50K at this dealership and the 2nd key was part of my purchase, but he/they refused to honor their obligation to complete this purchase in a professional manner. I will never deal with Pedro Diaz or Jim Burke Ford again. It is just a matter of principle....... More

I was very impressed with Gabriel “Gabby” who works the desk out front at Quick lube at the Oak St dealership. I had recently made an appointment online for a brake change at 4:00pm. I received a text with a YES confirmation that I will make the appointment the previous day of my appointment. Then an 1 1/2 hr the change at 4:00pm. I received a text with a YES confirmation that I will make the appointment the previous day of my appointment. Then an 1 1/2 hr the day of the appointment, I got a call stating that the service that I was asking for is on a first come basis and that my appointment time will not be done in time. WOW I was pretty 😠 upset and frustrated how badly the customer service was in regards to notifying me in a timely manner. At this point I ask to speak to a Manager, then Ralph came on the line. I had explained to him the I was counting on this appointment and that I had to leave out of town the next day and how frustrating I was for the poor communication and that now not honoring my appointment. I was 😡 mad. then Ralph ask me about the brake situation and then was able assist me with in competing my service. NOW if you ask me that is an EXCEPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you RALPH for doing what’s right for your customers. I couldn’t get my car fix if it was for you stepping in to assist. More
