She made me feel like I was her only customer and that I was her top priority. She kept me updated throughout the long wait from placing my order to delivery of my new F-150. Warranty repairs I was having an electrical problem with my brand new F150. The service writer, RJ Williams was very helpful in resolving the problem as were the tech I was having an electrical problem with my brand new F150. The service writer, RJ Williams was very helpful in resolving the problem as were the technicians that work in the service department. I was a little concerned initially having to deal with a problem with a new vehicle, but now all is good. I’m loving the new truck!!!! More
Excellent, Complete Service ! I bought a used 2013 Shelby GT 500 a couple years back with 14,000 miles on it . One of the reasons that I bought it was the sticker on the front win I bought a used 2013 Shelby GT 500 a couple years back with 14,000 miles on it . One of the reasons that I bought it was the sticker on the front window (Warranty 7 Years or 100,000 on the Drivetrain of the Vehicle). That was just too good to pass up ...
