Rarely has a recall fix or part repair taken longer than 1 business day, and the advisors are very consistent in calling with updates on the status of my vehicle, which I appreciate. The courtesy shuttle is a great option for getting back to work or home, and the drivers are always friendly. When I come back to pick up, my vehicle is washed, vaccumed, and ready to go. I recommend this shop to any Ford owner, hands down. More
