Jim Burke Ford tried to sell me used par(s) as new even after they had me prepay two weeks in advance. When I finally got my vehicle back the dealer had damaged my Explorer. Driver side control/door was damaged, the drivers window did not roll down and one other interior piece was completely destroyed. More
