She stayed in touch with me regularly and made me feel comfortable about visiting the dealership to determine what option I would have available to me. The day of my appointment, I walked into the dealership; I was still skeptical that I would find an affordable option and receive the financing to purchase a vehicle. The individuals working in the dealership were extremely nice. Not only did Brian Binckes find the vehicle that was a perfect match for me, he worked to get me the maximum discount for the purchase. He was patient with me and he patiently listened to my expressions of doubt, assuring me that he could work out a solution for me. Check Engine Light My car had an issue with the water pump that showed up over night and caused a quick world of trouble for a car that goes 1000 miles a week! He promised to handle it and within less then a day he had my car fixed, all recalls I wasn't aware of handled and ready to go. They were completely professional. I was so satisfied I have him helping me fix another minor issue with ordering a speaker that another dealership in Roanoke has blown off. Well worth it!! More
