I needed a car and they took my info aver the phone. Later, I showed up and they had the cars ready that I qualified to buy. Let me add that I have some credit issues and I had to trade a car that no equity. Still, They made the car buying quick and friendly. I was in and out in just over and hour! Now I tell you, that is service! The only complaint I could have, is that the dealership as a whole is in need of some sprucing up i.e. waiting room, bathroom, and such. Thanks to the team at Jerry's Chevrolet. More

I was just 10 days out of my Chapter 7, and they got me a deal so good I will not have to refinance in the future. Go visit Jerry's Chevy and you too will be smiling ear to ear on your way back home. I guarantee it. They got me a deal that others couldn't, and it was the car I wanted not just something in the lot I was only qualified for. More

Bad customer attention I have schedule an appointment for my 2010 Chevy Equinox, even an associate called me yesterday to confirm it. I took a work day off to take my car this morning and all of the sudden Chris Gearity let me know that he was short of staff (somebody did not show up today or so) and he said that I need to wait at least 1.5 hs to start working on my car, he even did not find my appointment in the system. He was rude and kind of disrespectful at me, I explained him my circumstance and he just did not care at all. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, no options and bad attitude. Not recommend this dealer at all. More

First New Car for an old fellow My wife and I went to Jerry's to look for a new car for me. I've never bought a new car in my 67 years, so it was a new experience for us. Pat McCarter was just the ideal person to deal with: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, not trying to push something on us. My first car was a 1965 Malibu (SS), slightly used, that I drove for 17 years. So, I bought a new Malibu. Pat and the whole team behind him were great. They made the experience a pleasure. And thanks to Tim for giving such a good introduction to the car's operational systems and to John for putting on such a great exterior finish. Jim More

EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!! I have lived in Leesburg, VA for 13 years and everyday passed by Jerry's Chevrolet. In my search for a car (used) is what I had in mind, I decided to I have lived in Leesburg, VA for 13 years and everyday passed by Jerry's Chevrolet. In my search for a car (used) is what I had in mind, I decided to stop by Jerry's one day on my way home. I walked in the door and was very politely welcomed by Joe Morris. Joe proceeded to listen to my request and accommodated it very well. In this visit I met the manager, Colin Lamb, who also welcomed me to Jerry's. That visit was so nice and rewarding. Joe took care of every request I had and everytime did it without any pressure. I walked away that day without buying a car because I wanted to think about everything. The key that made the difference is that Joe stayed in touch with me and with no pressure at all he exuded on every call and text a warm and caring persistance in making sure I was comfortable and got the car I wanted. This to me is what made the difference in buying a NEW car from Jerry's. Joe cared about me and what I wanted. I promise you that you will NOT find a better dealer than Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg, VA. Please go there and ask for Joe Morris!!!!! Also, the other two people I met and were very nice and helpful to me was Ben Kelly and Silvana Hamdon. They too took very good care of my needs. The experience of car searching can be a very stressful time due to the fact a lot of dealers pressure you and get upset with you when you don't purchase a car from them. I never felt this way about Joe and the staff at Jerry's in Leesburg. The fact that they went out of their way to find me the EXACT car I wanted from the exterior color, interior color, cylinders, and of course BEST PRICE on a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT was well beyond my expectations! I walked away knowing I got the best deal. Truly working with Joe and the staff exceeded ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! I will definitely buy there again. Chris is a terrific service rep...he knows what needs to be done and when it needs to be done...in fact Chris takes his wife car to the same place he works which says a lot about the service! When it came time to pay the bill, Annette was all smiles and easy to work with...when it comes to parting with my money it's always helpful to have a friendly personality with southern charm on the other side of the counter. I've never been a big proponent of dealership vehicle maintenance but Chris and Annette are changing my mind with every visit...Jerry's is fortunate to have them both! More
