Working with Jerry's Ford Leesburg staff (Lacy Cooner, Keith Timbrook, and Mario Eberle) was a tremendous relief from working with other dealerships and sales persons I've experienced in the area. Lacy was quite personable, straightforward, knowledgable, confident, and genuine. Next time I buy a car, I will definitely go to Jerry's Ford Leesburg and ask to work with Lacy. Keith was a delight to work with and very knowledgable. He made sure I understood all the vehicle features. Two grumbles: I asked if possible to take $1,000.00 off the price in exchange for $10,000.00 down payment on the car. I don't think that was alot to ask for. The explanation of the financing part of the deal was a little unclear, especially with the warranty and interest rate. More

This dealership had the car and color I wanted, so we drove an hour to do this deal. I set up everything ahead of time so that when I got there, they were ready for me to take it for a test drive. Staff was very friendly, informative, and patient with me when I went in to look at the new fusions. When I needed a night to discuss the potential purchase price/car with my wife, the salesperson (Joe Pecor when I went in to look at the new fusions. This was the night after Christmas and we had family in. My wife was unable to come with me. Joe and manager Mike went well beyond when they offered and allowed me to drive the new vehicle off the lot to my house to allow my wife to see. The next day when I returned, staff was again non-pressuring/informative about additional products, plans, options, and warranties. After reviewing the final payment amounts/options with financial manager Sarah, she left the room and gave me privacy to again call my wife and discuss if we were still comfortable with the purchase. We went ahead with the purchase. After the purchase, the delivery specialist Keith went through a thorough and informative description of the functions of the new vehicle. Overall it was a 5 star experience and will definitely be willing to go back for future purchases. More

Erica helped with all the technology questions I had about the car and came outside to help show me how everything worked. Sarah was awesome in explaining all the financial paperwork and helped me shop,for the best loan rate and get the payment I wanted. The Truck we purchased is amazing!! We are very happy so far. Lacy was very friendly and willing to provide great service to us. Brian, I could have talked to him for hours, he knows more about trucks than I do and I thought I knew a lot!! If you go looking for Trucks Brian is your guy! Financing, usually the most painful part of buying was actually very quick and made easy with Sarah. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. She worked hours before I got there the second day to find us the best possible deal she could find. The paper signing was like 10 mins "no kidding". The fastest I've ever seen. No pressure from her to buy extra stuff, she presented and allowed us to decide. Lastly, before I departed that evening I was pulled over to Jill's desk to scheduled the extras the dealership threw in for us. Jill, although was going out of town still scheduled my installs at a time that was best for us, which we really appreciated! Overall it was a great experience and will plan to return for my next Truck!! More
