Worst buying experience EVER! Terrible experience. Per internet and text messaging pricing agreement confirmed...so I thought. I also have the internet pricing documentation and NEVER received the internet savings I was promised, but was told I had to pay an extra 1,000 just to finance via Ford. However, they NEVER ran my credit 3 days earlier like they said UNTIL they had me to have my elderly, disabled father to drive 5 hours to the dealership ONLY to learn this and yet another price change. Then to top it all off, they threatened to have me arrested for being upset. As a result, I would not buy anything from them even though my dad would have gladly cosigned if needed. I plan to contact the BBB and VA Att. Gen. NOT for my self BUT hopefully, for the sake of other potent. buyers. One can only pray for such an organization...they need it since they have to lie to sell vehicles. More

I contacted more than 10 Ford dealers looking for a new 2014 Mustang. I received the typical responses, whether they were automatically generated or not, saying ‘come down to our dealership’ and ‘we will beat any price’. I came across several dealerships that would not provide much information unless I physically came down to the dealer or ran a credit app. Clearly this is an issue since I am from New Jersey, and most dealerships were at least a 4 to 6 hour drive. When Mouhammad contacted me, I can tell the conversation was different from the rest. He was straight to the point, with absolutely no gimmicks. He was very honest and responsive. He answered all my questions and gave me an actual quote. He tried his best to work with my offer; there was even a specific discount where I needed to sign up for a subscription, but turned out you need to be a member for a specific time to qualify for the discount. Mo reimbursed me for the misunderstanding, no questions asked. With that said, we came to an agreement, scheduled a time for pick up. I drove about 5 hours to their dealership, and the experience was phenomenal. There were NO ‘hidden fees’, and the price we agreed on was what I paid. I was also introduced to Jamie Howley who provided more detail about the car’s warranty and other options they had available. I then also worked with Sarah Eberle who is the Finance Manager. She was a pleasure to work with. No pressure whatsoever and was also straight to the point. I bought my first car from him in 2011 and when my dad asked me where i wanted to go look at cars, that was the first place i wanted to go. Ed walked right out to greet me. I was excited and knew he would take care of me and he did! He found the perfect car for me and helped me on negotiating a great price. The management team is also a great group of people. Seriously, car salesmen like Edmund Stansbury really care more about getting the right car for you and less about just selling a car. I told Ed he can never leave Jerry's Ford again because i want to buy my next car from him! More
