Excellent purchase experience! I would highly recommend Jerry's Ford. Blaine Chitwood and Charlie Benson were great. Probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Let the buyer beware Buyers beware!! This was the worst used car buying experience I have ever had. First once the car was sold the salesman Brian and Managers Jeremy and Buyers beware!! This was the worst used car buying experience I have ever had. First once the car was sold the salesman Brian and Managers Jeremy and Shaw refused to return any of my mutilple calls. I thought by buying from a bigger dealer I would be protected from this, not so. The car did not pass inspection, also had a chip in windshield never disclosed and when I tried to get them to fix the problem Silence. I had also bought a bumper to bumper warranty so I tried to make a claim on that to fix the problem a loose tie rod, which was keeping it from passing inspection, but the $2000 warranty was invalid since they never did a pre-inspection of the car I live over two hours from the dealership and had to take another day off and drive all the way back just so they could reinspect it and validate the warranty. Barring the finance person Sarah who did a good job there is no customer service. Their motto should not be "let the completion be ware" but "let the customer beware! I did finally three weeks late and after I had to drive back get them to reimburse me for the cost of the repair just to pass inspection. More
Friendly and Knowledgable Staff My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg in late March of 2016. We’ve bought a number of cars over the years My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg in late March of 2016. We’ve bought a number of cars over the years and this was probably one of the more enjoyable and least stressful purchase experiences I can remember. All of the staff we came across at Jerry’s were positive, polite and acted like they wanted to help us and wanted to sell us a car. We worked primarily with Chris Oballe, but also with Blaine Chitwood, Lisa Walker and Jim Mahoney (I think). I don’t recall the receptionist lady’s name, but she was so much more customer friendly than a receptionist I had met earlier in the day at a BMW dealer, who basically acted annoyed that I had stepped into a BMW dealership without an appointment. I had been considering numerous car models for several months. I had read many reviews, gone to car shows, and mostly based on Consumer Reports customer reliability reports had almost talked myself into thinking I wanted to buy a BMW 228i with a manual transmission, even though I liked the Mustang styling and performance better. My reception at the BMW dealer convinced me I didn’t want to work with those people. Using the Ford Motor Company’s online search inventory tool I printed out about 30 window stickers for Ford Mustangs that met my preferences at several local Ford dealers. I also printed out the local dealership’s advertised price from each dealer’s website. The first one on my list was a car that was listed as being at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg. It turned out it was not there (I guess I should have made an appointment). While chatting with Blaine Chitwood about what I was looking for I noticed another customer getting out of a red Mustang that was the second car on my list. That ended up being the car we bought. Blaine, who I think was busy working on another project, turned us over to Chris Oballe who was an absolute joy to work with. We took a test drive with Chris who explained all of the features on the Mustang. He not only knew the Mustang well he knew other cars very well too and I was able to talk to him intelligently about Camaros, BMW’s, Mini’s and other cars. I really appreciated this because there have been several times in the past when it was obvious I knew more about the car I was looking at than the salesman talking to me. I hate that. You should at least look at a car magazine once a month or so before you ever think of being a car salesman. Chris knew cars well, and if there was something he didn’t know, or wasn’t 100% sure of, he let us know. I greatly appreciated that Jerry’s Ford accommodated us in letting us use our longtime small bank in North Dakota to finance the car. I’m sure that kind of an arrangement wasn’t the norm but they trusted us and let us take the car home that day even though it took three business days to cash the check. Things like that make you want to be a return customer. In two or three years we will be looking to replace my wife’s Jeep. Jerry’s Ford will be one of the first places we look. There is only one thing about shopping at Jerry’s that I didn’t like and I didn’t knock them down any points for it because all of the Ford dealers in the region appear to do the same misleading thing. Dealers are advertising a “savings” of a certain amount compared to the MSRP. While they don’t call the MSRP the “Total MSRP” as defined by the Ford Motor Company disclosure website, the dollar amount matches the Total MSRP amount. Yet, the fine print adds back in the destination charges so you cannot save the advertised amount. I hate this kind of deception with a passion. Line S16 on the Ford website specifically states: “Total MSRP is Base MSRP plus options, destination and delivery charges. Excludes taxes, title, and registration fees.” What Jerry’s and other Ford dealers advertise is misleading at best. Instead of advertising that a car is $5,900 off the MSRP, why not be honest and advertise the car as being $5,000 off the MSRP? I would still buy it and feel much better about the purchase. More
Wonderful Experience The dealership goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this service department to everyone that I know. Despite this complicati I utilized the TruCar app. Stephany responded quickly. Unfortunately the truck located was at another dealer had been sold. Despite this complication the team at Jerry's, specifically Blaine and Jeremy, worked with me for many days to make sure we found a truck that met my needs. The atmosphere was relaxed and I appreciated any interaction with the management team was done with me involved, not in a "secret" back room. Mario and Jeremy were the managers I worked with most. My financing questions were answered in detail by Sarah and Wendy helped me settle on some post purchase additions. My trade in value was fair and matched the quote I got at CarMax without dispute. Overall my experience was very positive and Blaine, my assigned salesperson made my pick up special. He had a great sense of humor and made any bumps along the way bearable. I would do business with them again. More

We went in to test drive a previous owned Fusion which was a nice car, but we asked Tom Schweitz, our sales associate, what other vehicles were for sale. He took us to the back lot and my wife spotted a silver Fusion Titanium with all the bells and whistles for what seemed to be reasonably priced. We had other cars to look at that day, but ended up calling Tom up the following day to take a second look at the Fusion Titanium. We met with Tom and worked out a deal. The good thing, no sales pressure. Tom was very knowledgeable about the Fusion as well as other Ford products. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The only downside I can think of is the time it takes to finish up the sales process, but I suspect that happens at any dealership. More

Fantastic truck, had an issue but Mario jumped all over it. We bought a 2016 F350 King Ranch which not a small investment, it is our 4th Ford truck and we love it. The sales experience was great and the Sales We bought a 2016 F350 King Ranch which not a small investment, it is our 4th Ford truck and we love it. The sales experience was great and the Sales Rep, Brian Rose, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and met our price with what we were willing to do. He also spent a lot of time with us after the sale explaining all the functionality in the truck (compared to our last King Ranch it was a HUGE difference) and was very patient when I got a little sad about trading in our old truck. The finance person, Sara Eberle, was also extremely nice to deal with and very good at explaining all the details when we were confused. We had an issue with confusion on installing additional parts which caused some consternation in our house but I have to say Mario jumped all over it immediately and not only rectified the problem but went so far above and beyond to ensure we were happy and the problem was corrected that we were both extremely surprised. Our truck goes in Monday to get the new items installed and based on working with Mario I expect nothing less than exemplary service. I would not hesitate to work with Brian, Sara, or Mario again. But, they were unwilling to discuss the USAA car buying service numbers we had developed. In addition, they were pushing us to buy a car off their lot and were reluctant to search other dealerships. We were very specific regarding model and features. Jerry's Ford on the other hand went out of their way to not only find the vehicle we wanted, with the features we wanted, but Mario Eberle (the general manager) took time to search other Ford dealerships and found multiple Ford Fusions that matched our specifications. Blaine Chitwood, our sales person, was extremely helpful in showing us cars on the lot that had some, but not all of the features we desired to ensure we understood how the features were incorporated into the vehicle. Both Mario and Blaine bent over backward to make sure that the price offered was as good as what USAA presented us. The bottom line number was actually better that the USAA price. Overall, the experience was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. Well done to Mario, Blaine, and all the other staff we worked with. More
