We bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership about 2 years ago. We had noticed some oddities but nothing that was a huge deal until it became a bigger deal. After having the vehicle looked at and kept multiple times at a different Mitsubishi dealership (closer to our residence) with no luck on actually correcting the issue I decided to make a call to this place just to see if there was ANYTHING else they could do to help us out. I asked to speak to a manager and was a little discouraged when I was sent to a voicemail. To my surprise, within 10 minutes I got a call back. The manager listened to my story, related to the issue, and gave me immediate instruction and a plan on getting my vehicle seen asap. We brought the car in and was given a loaner (!!!). The service was super quick. With no appointment or anything our car was in and out. The shop manager communicated with me the whole time to let me know what their plan of action was. We picked the car up and within a day ran in to the same issue.. We contacted the manager again and with no questions asked they got the car back in the shop and took the issue to a whole different level. The issue was finally resolved and we have had no problems since. The shop manager requested that they take our car and fill up the gas tank for our troubles before we left the final time. I just can’t say enough good things about the kindness and professionalism of the whole place. Working with them was the BEST customer service I had ever experienced. HIGHLY recommend going here for your next car buying experience. More

I had vehicle trouble on the way home from church camp with a van full of kids. It was late afternoon on Friday and CJ went above and beyond to quickly and safely get us back on the road. Very dissatisfied with Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi in Kansas City Missouri the young man working on my car decided to yell and scream at my friend who brought my car up for me because I work third shift. Didn't offer to do nothing when the manager came out when they when he heard the voices raised. Still didn't make anything right and my tires are still jacked up that I bought from them brand new.. I guess to get my s*** fixed I got to go and get a lawyer More
