I went in looking for a new car without any hope. I was looked down by other dealers I had visted the past couple of weeks. I work hard but am judged by my appearance (I have some physical disabilities). W looked down by other dealers I had visted the past couple of weeks. I work hard but am judged by my appearance (I have some physical disabilities). When I went into Jeremy Franklin Suzuki I was greeted by a young man with a big smile on his face. He made me feel so welcomed and treated me with respect. He made me feel like I didn't have any disabilities at all. He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable without making me feel handicap. His product knowledge was amazing and he did not pressure me in anny form as in the previous dealers.
