Jeremy Franklin has worked in the auto industry for more than a quarter of a century. While working his first job in sales in his family's car business, Jeremy was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and struck out on his own at the age of 23 and started his own dealership.

Very dissatisfied with Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi in Kansas City Missouri the young man working on my car decided to yell and scream at my friend who brought my car up for me because I work third shift. I purchased a vehicle, paid my down payment, and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. I’m then informed when Im there to pick up the vehicle that the dealership has changed my lender and now th weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. I’m then informed when Im there to pick up the vehicle that the dealership has changed my lender and now the new lender has flagged my paystubs for fraud. I work 6 days a week, I’m a single mom and I work for a small family owned business who doesn’t use a “typical” payroll system and I’m being punished for that. They tell me it’s out of their control but if the dealership has the power to change lenders at the last second then they have the power to change them again to make the deal work.
