I have bought 2 cars from Jenkins Mitsubishi both being used outlanders and have had nothing but excellent customer service from both experiences. Not to mention if anything was wrong with vehicle they wou used outlanders and have had nothing but excellent customer service from both experiences. Not to mention if anything was wrong with vehicle they would always make sure they would get it fixed even with the vehicles being used they stuck behind them every step of the way. The salesman was more than great and the finance manager was just awesome and worked so quick to get a lender for my situation. I plan on buying my 3rd vehicle with them as well in the future. I don't think that Jenkins Nissan pays attention to details. On several incidents I have had to call them because no one called to let me know that my car was ready. They don't review services prior to details. On several incidents I have had to call them because no one called to let me know that my car was ready. They don't review services prior to work done. I was charged for a tired rotation and I purchased the tires from them. Tjis is a free service. I had to call the service agent and dispute the charge. I do like the service agents. They try to be helpful. Sometimes they just fall short on the service. More
