The finance manager, in my opinion, was very rude. He did not like that we did not want an extended warranty and told me that “everything breaks on new cars”. That’s a horrible sales tactic. He also seemed irritated that I wanted to know the payment information and wanted to double check the interest rate before I signed the paperwork. He was unprofessional and very off putting. More
