The car I had before I purchased this one, was a victim of the Hurricanes. What I refused to be a victim of, was vehicle price gouging in Tampa after a natural disaster. Not only did they not try to take advantage, they worked with me in every way possible to give a fair deal. Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Process was smooth, streamlined, and timely. Didn’t take nearly as long as most dealerships do. I have recommended JM to a few of my friends and neighbors in the same situation, who do not want to be taken advantage of by Tampa dealerships right now. It is worth it to go a little bit out of the way once, to save substantial money in the long run. I definitely recommend. More

I made an appointment for an oil change at a certain time and it took two hours and a half to get it done. I noticed my car was nowhere inside the shop, about after two hours I saw them finally put it on t and it took two hours and a half to get it done.
