Very Helpful Dealership My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Jenkins Acura. We started out by looking online at vehicles. Tyler Wildman at the dealership contacted us and we scheduled an appointment. He is new at the dealership but very personable and helpful. I was looking for a certain color and type of SUV but it had been sold the day before. Timi in management helped find another SUV in the color that I wanted. It was at another one of their other dealerships so they called and had it sent over for us to look at. We ended up buying that SUV after looking at several others that I thought I wanted. Timi was spot on in finding that SUV and worked to get us the payments we needed. Steven in finance was great as well, he got the paperwork taken care of quickly. While we were there they kept a drink in our hand (loved the Starbucks coffee!) and fed us lunch which they do every Saturday afternoon. The next day we realized that the radio wasn't working. It was a Sunday and my husband drove it back to the dealership. Bobbi Jo and Sonny were working and quickly started looking for a solution to the problem. Sonny actually said he had some experience with electronics. He looked the car over and found something unplugged in the trunk, that fixed it! Our entire experience was great. We would highly recommend the dealership. I got a better SUV than I imagined I would. Thank you Jenkins Acura! More
Karl Dejean is the salesman you want. Went to test drive a RDX and ended up making the plunge. Karl was great, not really pressuring but a believer in their product. Honored the TrueCar price sent by the internet department. I felt I got a fair deal especially when you look at all the “smoke and mirror” tactics being used by other dealers. Do your homework, be an educated buyer. My only suggestion to the dealership would be to have more people trained on paperwork. Most of our time there was spent waiting for a finance/ numbers guy to complete our deal. Lots of buyers at the end of the month. More
