From the sales rep to sales manager to closing/credit manager. I had opened a bbb case against acura after the purchase due to these people who stated "in writing" that the 2020 rdx had android auto. When I went to pick up the vehicle, my phone battery was coincidentally nearly dead, so I didn't test it, but trusted them. Turns out there was no android auto. I have the conversation print screened from my phone. They never denied that they said it because I had the text conversations on my phone. In addition, the closing guy "Sonny" sold me the extended service agreement coupon booklet. I was very clear that I wanted to be sure that the coupons could be used at any Acura dealer. He said it could be used at any Acura dealer. Then I got the booklet in the mail and it says on each page "only valid at Jenkins Acura". It took a great deal of effort, but I got the only helpful person "The new car manager" to refund that on the tail end of the loan. That would not be a refund of the interest though. I will also never take my car in for service to them. I wouldn't write a review like this if it were not fully deserved. I marked the "reason for visit" as sales (used) because it happened to be the used car manager and sales rep who did the deal due to my trade-in for a used vehicle initially, but that changed to new vehicle. I recommend to stay away from this dealership. Key Acura in Gainesville has at least been good to me servicing my car. I gave them a 5 star review thus far. More

Brandon Bonilla was awesome! Found me appropriate car fast! I got Brandon's name and number from a friend. I texted him on a Friday night and he got back to me right away asking what kind of car I wanted and m I got Brandon's name and number from a friend. I texted him on a Friday night and he got back to me right away asking what kind of car I wanted and my budget. Within a few minutes, he got me a list. I went shopping at different Jenkins lots over the weekend and had him check on a few cars on Monday morning. He informed me of this low mileage 2017 Escape Titanium that they had gotten on trade-in over the weekend. I drove it Monday morning and decided it the the one! They gave me a great trade and put a trailer hitch on it that day and I drove out about 4:30!!!! Love the Escape and the service by Brandon Bonilla and Jenkins Acura. More

Would recommend any family or friend to see them for their next vehicle. Had to go back and forth with the sales manager about 7 times to get the deal I wanted. Wish we could’ve just cut straight to the point on that one. But that’s the game so it’s ok, it’s fun for the right person. Lastly, my only negative experience here was whoever was detailing the vehicles that day. The inside of the car wasn’t wiped down at all. Scuffs and dirt stains on the interior running boards, door panels and dash. Even my boss said it “looked like xxxx they didn’t do anything in here! Did they just spit on a Kleenex?!” when I got to work that night and showed it off to her. That was pretty disappointing and made me feel bad about my brand new car, so I went and detailed it myself. I think the detail person was Reece or Ross or something that day, he should probably be doing something else. Make sure you double check you car on delivery instead of being excited and trusting that person to do a good job. More
