Team Effort I was communicating with Timmy in the internet department initially and she placed me with Karl upon arrival. She helped in the negotiation of the certified pre-owned MDX I purchased. They were patient with me and wanted to make the deal work for my budget. Even though the vehicle was not completely serviced and ready for delivery the day I purchased, they made accommodations so that I could drive a dealership vehicle over the weekend until the one I purchased was fully serviced and detailed. Karl drove the vehicle to me in Jacksonville after a couple days and personally made sure I was pleased at delivery. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would recommend Timmy, Karl and Steven to my friends and family. We will be back again! More

Let me just start by saying I am all about a cash car$$$ I haven’t had a car payment in 10 years.. I looked everywhere my credit was TERRIBLE and I couldn’t get any dealerships to assist me in getting cheap I haven’t had a car payment in 10 years.. I looked everywhere my credit was TERRIBLE and I couldn’t get any dealerships to assist me in getting cheaper prices for payments on a nice vehicle, I was directed to Jenkins Acura of Ocala per a friend of a friend who wanted to see me win...! Long story short they were able to hook me up with the vehicle I was looking for, newer year &less miles, not to mention the payment was low and included my gap insurance!!
