Fine I buy the car and then she tells me they have to order the part. Since I live 72 miles away, I said mail it to me, called two weeks later and she said she would mail it friday. Well two more weeks go by and two no answered phone calls, and no part. Just tour standard sales person that lies. More
I came into town to visit my parents because I am military and never really see them that often, I brought my 2007 Acura in for service and was approached by a women named Kathy. She asked me about a military and never really see them that often, I brought my 2007 Acura in for service and was approached by a women named Kathy. She asked me about a possible trade in for something new. I agreed to let her find me something by the time I came back for my car. I had came to Jenkins last year in November because I thought about trading my vehicle in. Last year the prices were ridiculous and I did not feel comfortable, but this time I felt a little bit better until we started talking about the numbers. In the beginning I spoke with Juan and John on prices and I felt ok on the offer but I still wanted to know my interest rate and monthly payments. I told them the things were important to me and I was persistent on if I made this purchase I wanted my remote starter. Juan assured me not to worry about anything because they ran the store whatever I needed it would placed in the new vehicle. I went in the office and spoke to Phil and immediately I did not like the interest rate offered so I called my bank, during this time I could tell they were getting frustrated with me and Juan even walked in and said he had other people waiting. That was my first clue to leave but I didn't because I wanted to know the final offer from my bank and Jenkins. After talking to my bank I felt ok with their offer and knew I should have followed my instinct because although Jenkins lowered the rate the extra taxes and fees that they use are ridiculous $699 for pre delivery fee automatically???? My warning to any and everybody who comes to Jenkins be aware of what you are singing for because all they care about is their commission. I had finally made a purchase I should have been excited but I was more anger with them and myself for deling with that horrible customer service. Even if I would have spent $40,000 on a car I should have walk out with a smile knowing I am taking care of but instead I felt like they have their signatures and money they don't care. More
I've bought two Acura TLs from Jenkins, both times were great experiences! They gave us big discounts off MSRP and were very friendly about it. I have bought about five vehicles in the past, but I can say that the people at Jenkins Acura are courteous, knowledgeable, and really gave me the no-hassle approach to car buying. I was very impressed at h say that the people at Jenkins Acura are courteous, knowledgeable, and really gave me the no-hassle approach to car buying. I was very impressed at how they really made me feel at home, which can be difficult for me as a single parent. When they say "welcome to the Jenkins family" they really mean it. Finance was quick and easy, exactly as promissed up front. Thank you, Don and Rob in sales, and Matt and David in finance! More

The Manager and Staff of Jenkins Acura were nothing short of amazing. Everyone made us feel really special and were so very nice to us. The whole process went smoothly and each one bent themselves over bac of amazing. Everyone made us feel really special and were so very nice to us. The whole process went smoothly and each one bent themselves over backwards to be genuinely friendly and helpful. We have never had a car purchasing experience that went as well as today did. We sincerely thank Doug, David, Matt and Sean for exceptional, outstanding service, unequaled anywhere. Don and Marietta Geers More
I visited Jenkins Acura for my first visit to an Acura dealer. I was looking for an SUV. I sat in one of the MDXs and was really impressed. The salesman, Harris, showed us several different MDXs and a test drive. We ended up in his office to negotiate a deal. I was trading a 2008 cadillac escalade EXT. We ended up with the general manager, Doug. The car that we were looking at was sold, so they were pricing us another suv in their inventory. We were dealing on a $51,359.00 MDX tech. We negotiated a deal with my trade-in. We wrote them a check and left the dealership. After I got home, I noticed we only had the MSRP sticker, but not the supplemental information sticker that was supposed to be with it showing dealer added equipment. This deal was finished after dark, so I couldn't really tell what dealer added equipment I had. So the next morning, I started looking the vehicle over and noticed how much difference there was between the regular MSRP and and the $51,359.00 price. I got on Acura's website and looked at some of the accessories that I did have and it did not come close to the price I was quoted. I went that day up to the dealership and Harris approached me out in the parking lot. I gave him the extra key for the caddy and asked about my supplemental information sticker that was supposed to be with the vehicle. He didn't know where it was at and Doug was in his office at that time and he asked him and nobody seemed to know where it was at. Doug negotiated the deal that night and was very friendly, but at this time he didn't even acknowledge us. I went back two days later to get my trailer hitch installed and the service people were very professional and efficient. They gave me a loaner and I was on my way. I came back later that day to pick up my car and it was all cleaned up and looked real good. I again approached Doug and asked him where the supplemental information was that was supposed to be with my MSRP sticker. And finally he said he could print me one out. I then asked him why the add ons didn't come close to the $51,359.00. And then he finally told me the real hidden story -- he said they add $3900.00 to the MSRP price along with the add ons. I told him that was really ripping off the customer and I left. I have bought a lot of high end vehicles and I have never had a dealer try to mislead me on a price on a vehicle. The next day I took a friend of mine over to Sanford and he bought a MDX exactly like mine and paid much less and they didn't try to mislead him on price. More
Kathy Clarkson immediately made us feel welcome when we arrived on the lot to look at possible cars to purchase. There was no pressure (breathing down our necks), which we like. Any vehicle we wanted to arrived on the lot to look at possible cars to purchase. There was no pressure (breathing down our necks), which we like. Any vehicle we wanted to see, she would immediately get the key and show us the car........I must add that it was an extremely hot and muggy day and Kathy never quit. She would take us in the dealership to cool off, She was very aware of making us feel comfortable. When we found a car, she was genuinely interested in us being satisfied and comfortable with the deal. If we had a question or concern and she wasn't sure of the answer (which wasn't very often), she immediately sought the answer for us. She went out of her way to secure a second set of keys and called us promptly when the extra keys arrived. Thank you, Pam & Charles Mancuso More
I'm from Gainesville Florida and the people at Jenkins were so nice and were so happy for our business that we drove down to Ocala to purchase our car from them. The salesmen were professional, courteous were so nice and were so happy for our business that we drove down to Ocala to purchase our car from them. The salesmen were professional, courteous, and kind. I can't properly describe how perfect the buying process was. They treated us as if we were their first and only customer. They even offered to drive the car up to Gainesville for us. If you are buying an Acura, and you live in Florida... or the entire southeast, buy here. More
We would recommend the dealership because we had a positive experience with a good outcome-bought the car. We had planned to only look at what was available, however, after finding the car over we de positive experience with a good outcome-bought the car. We had planned to only look at what was available, however, after finding the car over we decided it definitely met our needs and requirements and felt that if we could get it at our price we would buy it. The management met with us and after some heavy bartering, agreed to sell to split the difference and we bought it. Our two salesmen were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We will be back to see one of them the next time we buy a car. We are going in for service on Wednesday, and hope that the service dept can live up to the salesmen!! Thanks to Juan and Bryan!!!
