Kathy Clarkson immediately made us feel welcome when we arrived on the lot to look at possible cars to purchase. There was no pressure (breathing down our necks), which we like. Any vehicle we wanted to see, she would immediately get the key and show us the car........I must add that it was an extremely hot and muggy day and Kathy never quit. She would take us in the dealership to cool off, She was very aware of making us feel comfortable. When we found a car, she was genuinely interested in us being satisfied and comfortable with the deal. If we had a question or concern and she wasn't sure of the answer (which wasn't very often), she immediately sought the answer for us. We had planned to only look at what was available, however, after finding the car over we decided it definitely met our needs and requirements and felt that if we could get it at our price we would buy it. The management met with us and after some heavy bartering, agreed to sell to split the difference and we bought it. Our two salesmen were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We will be back to see one of them the next time we buy a car. We are going in for service on Wednesday, and hope that the service dept can live up to the salesmen!! Thanks to Juan and Bryan!!!
