Wow....talk about your stereotypical, old-school car buying experience! This place is a classic throw back to how bad a car purchase experience can be. These folks high ball everything, including adding $3900 for basically floor mats, trunk tray, wheel locks, and paint sealer. I think my sales person's name was John. He must have called me 30 times with new pricing or new slants. A couple of times, they went backwards and offered me less than the previous call. I got a deal out of them that I could live with, however, the experience over the phone was so distasteful, misleading, and distrustful, I didn't want to chance driving there for their offer. I felt like they were most likely to pull a "gotcha". I ended up purchasing from Fountain Acura (a 2014 TL Tech) in Orlando. See my review on Fountain. They were the same distance from me as these folks. No gotchas! No going back and forth on price. I told them when I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. There was one call back and I got a better deal than Jenkins and no surprises! Stay away from this joint! More

I was very happy with the service. Bobby was very helpfull and my car was back to me when promised. While waiting, I think almost everyone came over to asked if I need anything. We asked for more information on a car we saw on-line, and planned on driving from Gainesville to Ocala to lo Two and a half words - Bait & Switch. We asked for more information on a car we saw on-line, and planned on driving from Gainesville to Ocala to look at it. I checked the dealership inventory before we left, and saw that no such car was on the lot (so we decided not to go). I then received a phone call that two other cars were on the lot, and because of the drive I asked them to confirm over the phone that both vehicles were automatic, and that they were indeed the models I was interested in. We drove down in two cars (one was to be traded in), and neither vehicle they promised was what they said they would be. The price became much higher too. Everyone played dumb. It was a very bad experience. More
