unhappy i had a 2015 Acura ILX which was a lease, loved the car but however I was limited to how many miles I could put on it, went to the dealership to finan i had a 2015 Acura ILX which was a lease, loved the car but however I was limited to how many miles I could put on it, went to the dealership to finance a car instead hoping to get lower pAyments, but instead they trade me into a 2013 Honda Accord and tell me my lease is going to be paid in full and no negative would carry over they lied, they spent 2 hours switching numbers around without my permission I am very unhappy with my deal tried to talk to the general manager and he was a jerk the owner of this dealer ship needs to know how they lie and treat there customers with out us there is no dealership... I am sending a letter to the better business so now I drive a car that I am so upside down on cause they want to keep there pockets fat very sad.. Do not buy from this dealership I will never again More

Won't Recommend. On the evening of December 30, 2014 I came to Jenkins Acura to look for a used vehicle. I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, it was On the evening of December 30, 2014 I came to Jenkins Acura to look for a used vehicle. I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, it was a Acura RL priced at over $50,000.00 and was still in their customer database. I was told by the used car manager about a 2008 Solstice that was in their service bay getting new tires that they had just taken in trade. The used car manager told me that the price was $15,900.00 plus dealer fees and taxes which included new tires to pass the safety inspection. I negotiated a price of $14,000.00 plus a trade in value of $3,500.00 for my Ford Focus for a total all-in price of $17,500.00. While the business manager was doing the paperwork I was asked to sign a release acknowledging that they were videotaping the transaction. I also emailed information about the vehicle to my fiancé who was out of the country. While I was in the business managers office my fiancé called me and said the same vehicle (VIN and Mileage) was on the internet under the dealers website for a price of $12,279.00 I confronted the business manager who then went looking for the used car manager who had apparently left the dealership. The new car manager then came into the office and said that it wasn't the same car? When I showed him the VIN number and mileage he told me that they couldn't sell the car for the internet price since that price was just a "teaser" to get people into the dealership and besides they had to put on new tires!!! I was dumbfounded.....I immediately took my check off the business managers' desk and tore up the contract and left the dealership. I'm a single mother and also a small business owner who believes that your reputation is the most important aspect of any business. I could have legally insisted that they honor the internet price but I was so disillusioned with this experience I just wanted no more contact with this dealership. I will have no hesitation in NOT recommending this dealership and I have forwarded a copy of my complaint to the Ocala Better Business Bureau and this review directly to the dealership. More

Buying Experience Buying a car is a process as with any big purchase and was pleasantly surprised and elated with the service. Kudos to Jenkins.
