It has been by far the most painless car buying experience I have ever experienced. Oil change turned into new car purchase I went to Jenkins Acura to have my 2010 Acura MDX serviced. While I was waiting, Karl DeJean offered to show me the new MDX and educate me of the imp I went to Jenkins Acura to have my 2010 Acura MDX serviced. While I was waiting, Karl DeJean offered to show me the new MDX and educate me of the improvements that have been made to the MDX. He took me for a test drive and that was all she wrote. GM Dern- represents I wrote a review Sunday night, received email responses and a text message early morning Monday by the General Manager himself. I personally thought I wrote a review Sunday night, received email responses and a text message early morning Monday by the General Manager himself. I personally thought my review would be swept underneath the rug like most places but I was pleasantly surprised with David Dern. Him and Lisa (the customer relations mgr) reached out to me to listen to my story and to make things right. I am not a person who is unreasonable. Not one of those people who demands for "free" things or compensation just because- I just want what was promised and proposed to me. David was cool to talk to, he was straight to the point and completely understanding. He stood behind his team as any good leader would but took responsibility as well. Trust me when I say- I was angry, really angry and after talking to him I am a fan. And it's not because he gave me a crazy good deal- but because he showed honesty and compassion. Thanks David! More
