I feel I got a great deal on the car and the purchase transaction went very smooth and quickly. I decided to have the dealer perform / update all the service work. Cindy Duckett the Service Manager advised me of the services needed and I agreed to all the service work. Larry Johnson in the Detail Manager I had him perform a full detail inside and out on the vehicle and the car really looks like a NEW car literally. Jenkins Acura has been servicing my other vehicles as well and I can't think of a better place to take my car for all my service work they are fair and honest and the way I am treated by their staff they certainly give impeccable attention to their clients. I would highly recommend this dealer and its a true delight to come to this dealer! More

$4500 Markup over MSRP. Watch out for the Price Adjustment! I came in ready to purchase my new car only to find out after test driving that they wanted to charge an additional $4500 over the MRSP for the car. I I came in ready to purchase my new car only to find out after test driving that they wanted to charge an additional $4500 over the MRSP for the car. I was told its for paint protection, pinstripes and mudflaps. Really. $4500 over MSRP. I was also told most people pay it. Well Jenkins is taking advantage of customers if that's the case and I would run far away from them. The salesperson was okay but his manger fed him typical lines to justify them making a $5700 total profit after also marking up the rate if I signed up. No thanks. Please be aware. After finding out total cost for the added parts and paint and interior protection is only $475. Yes. And they had over a $4500 markup. Check the additional sticker to the right of the manufacturer sticker they add. It's a rip off. Avoid the Sales Manager after trying to gouge he couldn't even come out of his office to speak to me. They are taking advantage of folks. More
