The receptionists are wonderful and welcoming and the sales staff become dear friends. There is the smell of fresh popped popcorn in the air and then you are enjoying that delicacy. If you are there for service, then you get to meet your service advisor as you leave your car. Once separated, you wait in a special area designed with comfortable chairs, a large TV, coffee, water, soft drinks and even pastries to enjoy. On the day we bought our RDX, several employees came over to congratulate us and make us feel part of the Jenkins Family! You do not find this type of family atmosphere at any other dealership! They are wonderful about explaining everything done to your car in the service area and they even washed ours at this first visit.
