Very accommodating I made an appointment that was not in their system. This was my fault because I previously owned a Hyundai and called them (also Jenkins) by mistake. I made an appointment that was not in their system. This was my fault because I previously owned a Hyundai and called them (also Jenkins) by mistake. The person on the phone didn’t clue in either. Jenkins Acura was great to not make me come back. They completed the service anyway and did it in a short amount of time. They were able to get me to work as well. I really appreciated that! They even noticed that my prepaid service coupons were incorrect, are having them fixed and mailing me new ones. Thank you! More

I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don’t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to “never go back to their shop again”. I wish I can upload the photos here. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new. More
