They greet us by name and move us quickly through the check in process. They identify what we need done to keep our vehicle in top condition and give us a clear explanation. I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if Don’t waste your hard earned money and time with them, your car needs to be serviced the right way. I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don’t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to “never go back to their shop again”. I wish I can upload the photos here. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new. More

Best experience purchasing a car! We had been looking for a specific vehicle for months and been to about ten dealerships throughout our state of FL. We experienced the typical used c We had been looking for a specific vehicle for months and been to about ten dealerships throughout our state of FL. We experienced the typical used car sales experience and wasted a lot of time driving hours to see cars that were not as depicted. We even had one car break down during a test drive, I found a car online at Jenkins Acura that was really out of my price range but decided to make the three hour drive round trip anyway after conversing with sales person Karl. He was patient, answered a million questions, sent me video clips and was just a very pleasant human being, not pushy at all. We negotiated, and decided to buy the car, which was in exceptional condition. Everyone there spoke to us and was very professional and friendly. Sonny was the finance guy who took our money and did our paperwork. He was very efficient and did not push anything on us such as an extended warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership and Karl, if you don't want a typical car buying experience. More
