Purchase The salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. I must say the first number given to me for my trade in was insulting, but we were able to come t The salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. I must say the first number given to me for my trade in was insulting, but we were able to come to an agreement. The process took a long time even the next day when I picked up my new RDX. But, the salesman did a good job keeping me informed. One suggestion is to do a better job cleaning the front windshield. Mine was not very clean which was disappointing. Other than these couple of issues the experience was a good one. More
Too early to tell There are a few outstanding issues unresolved so my comments are limited. My second time with Dealership. Hopefully resolved some misunderstandings. (1) Engine growl is really annoying. (2) Car delivered with poor preparation. All four tires have four different PSI from 33 to 29. (3) I knew that the car did not come with a spare but thought there was an emergency kit in the car...but alas, all that is provided is a rusty jack...for what purpose, I am unclear. My Cadillac has an air pump with filler in case of puncture. Hopefully when I bring the car in for the 1000 review, these issues can be resolved. More

I was lucky to have him again with my purchase of a new 2019 Acura. He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and just a delight to work with. He presents himself well, he takes the time to educate and train you, and he doesn’t pressure you. Bobby Craft - Bobby is a very happy person and has many smiles. He is one of the first persons in service that greets you, and above all puts you at ease. He also keeps you informed during your stay at Acura. Charlie Patterson - the Friendly Finance man, he too keeps smiling and knows his job. Everyone that works a Jenkins Acura, Receptionist, Cashiers, Service, Sales, Finance are First Class. More
