Juan was with me every step of the way he was up front and honest as I was with him. Once I got their i was introduced to Steve O'John who worked his magic and worked with banks and keeping my car payment in my budget with a low down payment. I got to pick my car i wanted this time not be forced into something i wasn't happy with. I will definitely be back for future businesses. I must say the first number given to me for my trade in was insulting, but we were able to come t The salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. I must say the first number given to me for my trade in was insulting, but we were able to come to an agreement. The process took a long time even the next day when I picked up my new RDX. But, the salesman did a good job keeping me informed. One suggestion is to do a better job cleaning the front windshield. Mine was not very clean which was disappointing. Other than these couple of issues the experience was a good one. More

Too early to tell There are a few outstanding issues unresolved so my comments are limited. My second time with Dealership. Hopefully resolved some misunderstandings. (1) Engine growl is really annoying. (2) Car delivered with poor preparation. All four tires have four different PSI from 33 to 29. (3) I knew that the car did not come with a spare but thought there was an emergency kit in the car...but alas, all that is provided is a rusty jack...for what purpose, I am unclear. My Cadillac has an air pump with filler in case of puncture. Hopefully when I bring the car in for the 1000 review, these issues can be resolved. More
