We had a normal tuneup and tire rotation We took our car into Jenkins Acura for a normal tuneup and tire rotation. We also had a new battery installed. Some complications came about because We took our car into Jenkins Acura for a normal tuneup and tire rotation. We also had a new battery installed. Some complications came about because of the battery installation resulting no connections to sound. Jenkins lent us a loaner car during the time it took for solve the problem, order the parts from the factory and install them - approx. 6 days. Our experience was nothing but profesionalism in dealing with this situation. More
