There should be a 0 star option. I ended up driving to Cincinnati to look at a used car. The car looked nice and drove fine. I was signing paperwork and ended up basically giving them my trade in for free and paying almost double for a used car. Not to mention by the time I got the car home the OIL light came on, yep the car was low on oil and the DRL on the driver side is broke. I called and they had me bring the car back to Cincinnati to have their service team look at it, they told me the oil was not low and there was nothing wrong. Still to this day the I have to add oil to my car every 1000 miles and I just bought it in July of 23. Now I owe double on a car that burns oil. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler, it is clear they do not maintain there used cars or know anything about them. I am not happy but I guess I have to live with the scamming they have done. Not to mention all the driving back and forth to Cincinnati from Beavercreek. NOT HAPPY!!! DO NOT GO HERE More
My wife and I recently had an amazing experience with Jeff Wyler, Beavercreek, OH. From the moment we arrived, Shelbie asked what we wanted and we told her we needed a Wheelchair Van for our mother. She Jeff Wyler, Beavercreek, OH. From the moment we arrived, Shelbie asked what we wanted and we told her we needed a Wheelchair Van for our mother. She and Stephanie made sure we got a great van that met our mother's needs. They were constantly updating us about the process. Shelbie and Stephanie are 2 amazing individuals. They were exceptionally kind, ensuring we got the best financial deal and features we wanted. Their dedication stood out as they went above and beyond. They were so nice and helpful. The Manager (we forgot his name ) later came over to us at their desk just to ask if we were fine and to thank us for coming. There was no pressure, it all went so much better than any other dealer we have had. I would say this was the first time we found very nice and professional people like Shelbie and Stephanie. Both are very dedicated, polite, friendly, and helpful. We will always recommend them over and over and over again. Thank you, Shelbie and Stephanie. More
There should be a zero-star option for Jeff Wyler Beavercreek. It's the most pathetic dealership in Ohio, and I do not recommend it. After driving 50 miles to pick up the car I was told was ready I Beavercreek. It's the most pathetic dealership in Ohio, and I do not recommend it. After driving 50 miles to pick up the car I was told was ready I discovered my business lease had not even been processed, and Holly, the Sales Manager was on the phone pushing it through. She never came out to offer an apology or speak with me about the situation. Five hours and a long lunch later I called to find out what was happening and she had left!!! Returned to Cincinnati with the key and no car. And just as I arrived home, JP, the Sales Coach, called to tell me the lease was approved, but the price had increased - despite my excellent credit. After a lengthy discussion about the absolutely disgraceful way I had been treated - or rather ignored - he promised to speak with the GM and get back to me. One wasted day away from my business, a 100-mile drive, an approved lease, and their brand new key fob later, I am still waiting to hear from anyone at Jeff Wyler Beavercreek. Neither the Sales Manager, the Sales Coach, the General Manager, or the two salespeople have had the courtesy to call me. Need I say more? They don't even value their own property. Avoid this place like the plaque. Plenty more dealerships will value you as a human being, first and foremost, and as a customer. More
