What Others Say

Very good dealership,Ask for Lance,he goes the extra mile to get you in a car with best possible deal! Everyone at this dealership is friendly, they work hard to satisfy their Customers. Customer Satisfaction is their goal ,demonstrated as a team.

I arranged to have 3 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with 2 of my own and 1 they supplIed. NO LABOR charges were applied. The charge for 1 lug nut = $34.20. It seems every other Hyundai dealership charges $11.71 for theirs. They said it's because corporate sets the pricing & they can't do anything about it - WHAT A RIP OFF - $19.49 MORE THAN ANY OTHER DEALER - never again will I go here - EVER

Staff onsite was nice. They did follow through on one repair I asked for on a used vehicle. I was really impressed with service manager. Staff does not return calls in a timely manner. Took them 25 days to pay off my trade which I think is excessive. Initial trade appraisal was extremely low. Had to offer a competitive appraisal from another Wyler dealership for them to even get close.

If I could take stars away I would. They are not a great dealership. I bought my used van from them in April 2024. By June/July the transmission went out. They had it 3 months "fixing" it. I got it back and it ran good for a couple months and the transmission went out again and they had it 3 months. Got it back on June 24, 2025 and I knew something wasn't right. On July 15th the transmission went out again. So in a year time the transmission has been out 3 times. The service department has been very helpful but the sales department is a joke. They refuse to help me.

I bought a 2025 Hyundai Kona a couple months ago and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned car at the same dealership a month before I bought the 2025 Kona and that car was not thoroughly inspected. Had multiple issues with the vehicle and they lied about numerous things about the car. They are horrible to deal with and habitual liars. Do not buy from any Jeff Wyler dealership. I spent countless hours there just for them to screw me over. They never owned up to any of their mistakes and lies even when proof was shown that they made mistakes and lied. The general manager of the dealership told me if I left a bad review that he would take my free oil changes away and go in and change numbers around (whatever that means). They persuaded me into giving them a good review from the link Hyundai sent me via email in exchange for a first months car payment. The salesman asked to see my phone and he proceeded to give a good review on his and the dealership’s behalf. The salesman also told me that he wouldn’t not sell me car if I was going to give him and the dealership a bad review.

Keelan took great care of me today. He was kind welcomed questions, offering clear answers. We'd talked via email and text prior to my arrival, helping make my time onsite quick. Everyone I encountered was friendly and supportive. I never felt pressured. It was an all around positive experience and fair sale.
