An awful experience. I was lied to, bait and switched, and treated poorly. The salesman had me drive over an hour to see a car that had been sold days prior. 0/10 I was lied to, bait and switched, and treated poorly. When I denied the add-ons the salesman came back and told us they already installed the add-ons. They tried to charge us for features the car already had upon negotiating. Considering it was "used as-is" left me with the impression that they're dishonestly and artificially raising the price of the car. All part of the game I guess until the FTC stops this kind of nonsense. More
I have taken my Hyundai Sante Fe into Jeff Wyler multiple times due to my check engine light being on. I noticed at first that they kept “fixing” things that had absolutely nothing to due with the check engi times due to my check engine light being on. I noticed at first that they kept “fixing” things that had absolutely nothing to due with the check engine light codes that were listed. And sure enough soon afterwards the light would be right back on. This last time I took it in, it took them over two weeks to work on the car and they NEVER communicated a single thing to me throughout the process. I was met with dead air when I texted their line I was supposed to communicate through and my technician was barely ever there to talk to. I was finally forced to find a ride over there in person to get some answers. I was told my car would be ready on a particular day only to call over and be told my technician was pulled off of my car and that it wouldn’t be ready. What a disappointing process and experience and I will not be taking my car back there. More
We had a very good experience with Jim, who was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Actual buying process (sales & finance) were great (used vehicle). Had (still have) concerns about inspections and maintenance they said were done on the vehicle. Some that were documented as being done, w vehicle). Had (still have) concerns about inspections and maintenance they said were done on the vehicle. Some that were documented as being done, were not, because I had to change them (cabin filters & wiper blades). The car was said to have been detailed in March, but it was absolutely filthy - stains on seats and dirt everywhere, the day I bought it in May. They detailed it (poorly) while I did the paperwork. The seat stains came back the next day after they dried, and Tori told me to buy upholstery cleaner! No offer was made to re-clean them. I am concerned that the other "50 point" inspections such as oil change, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc., were not done as stated either. The sales person (Tori) and used car manager (Steve) ghosted me when I inquired about these Once you are out the door, and they have your money on a used car, you are nonexistent to them. I have now emailed the general manager. Hopefully he will respond. Also, they would not give me a courtesy ride to the dealer to pick up the vehicle the next day. Said they didn't offer that service. Delivery was not even offered. Somehow, I don't believe that either. Simple communication and common courtesy is sorely lacking. Service personnel are clearly not supervised, as they are saying maintenance things were done, which I can prove with photos, were not. More
