I called and I called a week ago to schedule what should have been extremely simple. Needed 4 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with normal lugs. I called and they confirmed they had the the master locking lug nut key sets, and the lug nuts in stock, and figured it would be a quick, inexpensive job. I then got with their parts dept and asked them to order some more lug nuts just to make sure they had them since, working a dealer parts job myself(not hyundai unfortunately), I know a lot can happen in a week. I must emphasize that they do indeed have a master lug nut key set, and the lugs would NOT need extracted. We get the bill and see that 3 of the lug nuts were charged at over double the price (22.69 vs 9.95), and the labor for removing 4 lug nuts, with a key, was $35. I'm told that its discounted because they had to get the lug nuts from another dealer and that increased the price. The price to remove 4 lug nuts and replace them with another 4 lug nuts was $120. An oil change and tire rotation (20 whole lug nuts removed) often costs less than that. The service advisor, Andrew, told me that a tire rotation usually runs $40. So $40 to remove and reinstall 20 lugs and rotate tires. The lug nuts should have been $40 for 4. I would have been happy to pay the full tire rotation price if I had to just to replace these 4 lug nuts for an invoice of $80 before tax. When I tried to figure out what happened, why the lug nuts were so expensive or why this whole ordeal cost more than a works package, Andrew told me he didn't have to talk to me since I wasn't the owner of the car. Except I'm married to the man who owns the car, I scheduled the appointment, I orchestrated this whole thing me, my husband, and the dealership. It almost feels like homophobic discrimination. If I had a wife and I was speaking for her I doubt that would have been an issue there. Between that and knowing I also work on the back end of a dealership and know how much these things actually cost to do, I don't think he wanted to keep going with me. If I had the lug nut key I would never have come here for this in the first place, and now I likely wont be coming back again. Closest place that can work on our Ioniq 5, dead to me. More

Two mon Beavercreek, Ohio consistently delivers to their customers is the barometer by which all other car dealerships should measure themselves by. Two months ago, I totaled my car that I had leased from this dealership just two years ago. I walked in and sat with the finance manager Ozzie Rached who just hugged me said they would take care of me. Mike Lewis, unbelievably patient, spent hours helping me with multiple questions and concerns on three different occasions. I selected the exact car I wanted but decided to keep shopping for a few days and went to seven other dealerships in the Dayton area. Not one of them welcomed me they the people at Hyundai. I did find a few cars that I liked as well as the Hyundai I had previously selected, but the way I was treated left me fearful that I would not matter to them and my car and I would be treated like just another business customer. I did not have money for a down payment or even my first car payment. One of the Hyundai managers paid my first payment on my new car and I hate that I cannot remember his name! There was an entire team of people who worked and helped me, most whose names I cannot remember because I forgot to ask for their business cards. I felt supported every instant I was there and even though I had not filled out the survey within the first 30 days, they still continue to treat me like I am part of their family. More
We felt so well taken care of here. We had our newborn with us and Mike pulled some cars around to the back so we didn't have to get out in the cold with her. He is kind and detailed. I arranged to have 3 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with 2 of my own and 1 they supplIed. NO LABOR charges were applied. The charge for 1 lug nut = $34.20. It seems every other Hyundai deale replaced with 2 of my own and 1 they supplIed. NO LABOR charges were applied. The charge for 1 lug nut = $34.20. It seems every other Hyundai dealership charges $11.71 for theirs. They said it's because corporate sets the pricing & they can't do anything about it - WHAT A RIP OFF - $19.49 MORE THAN ANY OTHER DEALER - never again will I go here - EVER More

Took them 25 days to pay off my trade which I think is excessive. Initial trade appraisal was extremely low. Had to offer a competitive appraisal from another Wyler dealership for them to even get close. More

I got it back and it ran good for a couple months and the transmission went out again and they had it 3 months. Got it back on June 24, 2025 and I knew something wasn't right. On July 15th the transmission went out again. So in a year time the transmission has been out 3 times. The service department has been very helpful but the sales department is a joke. They refuse to help me. More
I bought a 2025 Hyundai Kona a couple months ago and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned car at the same dealership a month before I bought the 2025 Kona and that car w had a terrible experience at this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned car at the same dealership a month before I bought the 2025 Kona and that car was not thoroughly inspected. Had multiple issues with the vehicle and they lied about numerous things about the car. They are horrible to deal with and habitual liars. Do not buy from any Jeff Wyler dealership. I spent countless hours there just for them to screw me over. They never owned up to any of their mistakes and lies even when proof was shown that they made mistakes and lied. The general manager of the dealership told me if I left a bad review that he would take my free oil changes away and go in and change numbers around (whatever that means). They persuaded me into giving them a good review from the link Hyundai sent me via email in exchange for a first months car payment. The salesman asked to see my phone and he proceeded to give a good review on his and the dealership’s behalf. The salesman also told me that he wouldn’t not sell me car if I was going to give him and the dealership a bad review. More
