Made an appointment and took my car in for a repair. After two hours they tell me it is fixed and I head to work. Stupid me, I didn't check. Get to work and find out the trunk release is not fixed. After two hours they tell me it is fixed and I head to work. Stupid me, I didn't check. Get to work and find out the trunk release is not fixed. I turn around and go right back to the dealership. I show the service person that it still does not work and ask what was even done? After another hour the service person comes out and says it is the antenna that needs replaced. I say okay fix it, at which point he says its $300, and I inform him it is not since the car was bought there and is under the manufacturer's warranty. He says he will have to check to see if the part is covered. I explain it is under warranty, because 100% of the car is under warranty and he says he will check. Of course, after another 20 minutes he comes back and agrees it is under the manufactures warranty, but they don't have the part and will have to order it and he isn't sure how long it will take. Three weeks later I have heard nothing, so I try calling them the last few days and no matter the time of the day the message says they are closed and will open at 7:30am. Every time I get a person in the dealership, they transfer me to a number where the recording says that person is not available and to leave a message. Just this morning I have called three times and even though it is 8:30 on a Thursdays morning the message says they are closed and the one time I was transferred by their admin directly to a service supervisor the call went to a voice mail once again. They want you to schedule an appointment online, but I can't get anyone to even confirm the part is in. The service department is seriously lacking. More
They had my vehicle for over a month and never looked at it or diagnosed the problem. I ended up picking it up and taking it to another repair shop who had it diagnosed and repaired within 5 hours. I called it or diagnosed the problem. I ended up picking it up and taking it to another repair shop who had it diagnosed and repaired within 5 hours. I called many times and left voicemails but never received a response. I even went back after 3 weeks to talk in person and was assured that it would be looked at that week which did not happen. Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs! If I could give zero stars I would. More

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek was such a wonderful dealership when it was Hidy Hyundai. Not so much today. Service is understaffed and probably underskilled. I brought my Santa Fe in for the appoin dealership when it was Hidy Hyundai. Not so much today. Service is understaffed and probably underskilled. I brought my Santa Fe in for the appointed time for a "two hour" maintenance and repair. Two hours became two and a half hours which became five hours. Left the vehicle overnight, and the work still wasn't done. And forget trying to call there. The Irony is I'm on schedule to buy a new Santa Fe next year, but it certainly won't be there. I won't be back. More
The worst service department I have ever dealt with. Impossible to get in touch with. Never answer phone. Lest several messages with no call back. Finally gave up and drove the the dealership to Impossible to get in touch with. Never answer phone. Lest several messages with no call back. Finally gave up and drove the the dealership to make service appointment for warranty work. Think twice before you use this dealership. More
I am in the immediate market for a new vehicle. I know the market is tight and cars are selling quickly. I am not local to the dealer. I called and was told by the sales group ( I will not name th I know the market is tight and cars are selling quickly. I am not local to the dealer. I called and was told by the sales group ( I will not name the sales person) that they would call when a new group of cars arrived. I was very willing to come at any time. I never received a call and when I called a second time was told the arrivals were already sold out and that they operate on a first come first serve basis. I understand this but should never have been told the first time I would be receive a call to set an appointment to buy one of the newly shipped vehicles. Its not hard to have good sales service when sales and down and you need customers. A much better indicator of good service is to provide that service even though you may not need the customer, I have been a GM owner all my life. This was my first try with Hyundai. I am sorry to say that I am not impressed. More
DISCLOSURE - THE PRICE THEY LIST IS NOT THE PRICE THEY ARE SELLING THE NEW VEHICLE FOR. I had been talking with Matthew Schenkel since Wednesday(3/09/22) about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra tha ARE SELLING THE NEW VEHICLE FOR. I had been talking with Matthew Schenkel since Wednesday(3/09/22) about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for $23.530. We also discussed trading in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were coming in close on trade in at $13,269.89. Carvana offered $14,386. No worries, we were close enough subtracting the Trade-in Allowance tax credit. Today (3/11/22) he texted me and informed me that the Elantra had arrived from Hyundai last night. He said he had someone coming at 4pm to look at the vehicle. I decided to take my lunch break around noon to head up to test drive and purchase the vehicle. They looked at the Santa Fe and came back with a trade in of roughly $12,000 - can't remember the exact amount. When he was going over the price sheet, he said the vehicle price was $27,000. $3,470 over what was listed on the website. I told Matt to give me my Santa Fe keys back as I will not do business with a dealership of this deceptive nature. AJ the manager decided to come out of his office and asked me if I would be interested in selling my Santa Fe to them after they low balled me with trade in value. This price was never disclosed on the website or in my conversations with Matthew. Take my experience and go elsewhere. There are dealerships that are NOT asking over MSRP. Voss Hyundai is one of them. “All of these practices result in the sale of vehicles for above-MSRP prices, in some cases way above-MSRP prices,” the letter said. That risks “damaging our brands’ long-term ability to capture new customers and retain loyal ones.” -Hyundai Letter to Dealers More

I got my car trusting that I would be fine with a good running car for a while. not even into a month of having the car my car was making this noise and to be honest I believe the car was making the noise running car for a while. not even into a month of having the car my car was making this noise and to be honest I believe the car was making the noise when I got it but it wasn't bad enough to pay any major attention to, I figured is was a natural engine noise being that it was turbo charged and flex fuel. So like a month later the car started getting a little louder. I took it to a Buick dealership and was told it was my timing chain. Its funny because when I got the car it was a paper in the glove box stating that work was done on the timing chain and that it is good to go now. it cost me 1800 to get it fixed. They let me know it was bad and was broken and it was metal in my oil! I was SOOO angry because the car was still new to me! My car is so much more quiet now. They knew what they did and for that I will never go back and will not recommend anyone in going there. More
