Productive visit! I was having my 2017 GMC Acadia serviced. I was waited on promptly by the service manager at the desk. After telling him my problem he assured me they I was having my 2017 GMC Acadia serviced. I was waited on promptly by the service manager at the desk. After telling him my problem he assured me they would do the best they could at getting it done quickly. I went to the waiting area where there were snacks, hot dogs, donuts, and drinks. I was greeted by other workers in the area. It was a comfortable area where I was able to use my computer with free wifi. I was able to got a lot done lol. The service manager returned shorty and had the service sheet in his hand and told me my suv was fixed plus my regular service visit was taken care of ( tire rotation, oil change, fluids checked) . They really took care of me! And they always have promotions going on so the cost is not the high cost deal ship prices you expect . But you know you get what you pay for. I very much appreciate how kind and concerned they are with me and my car. I highly recommend this dealer ship and their service department!!!! More
Great Service I went to Jeff Wyler for my first oil change. Mark walked me through the how to's of this dealership and showed me to the lounge. Wonderful had appointment was out in 45 minutes. I had an appointment at 3:30 was out in 45 minutes and I got car washed. I was able to sit in lounge have a water and get some work done. Stranded on a highway I was on my way to Tennessee for a graduation. My car experienced major transmission issues. I had my car towed to the closest dealership. Mark did a wonderful job getting my car looked at quickly for diagnostic. He assisted me in finding out about the warranty on my car. He contacted GM for me and also had the ladies working on a rental car. These folks did an awesome job. I didn’t make graduation but I made it home for my soccer game the next morning. Great Buying Experience Ketchel Strauss (sales) and Bill Monhollen (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. We had been car shopping for several months and were dreading the Ketchel Strauss (sales) and Bill Monhollen (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. We had been car shopping for several months and were dreading the thought of sitting down with another salesperson, their manager(s), and the finance person. Ketchel was everything we could have hoped for in a salesman. He listened to what our needs were, proposed different solutions, and was patient while we sorted through our decision. At no time was he pushy or in a hurry to get the deal done. Meeting with Bill was also a pleasure. As happens with every dealership, we discussed various extended warranty options and the cost associated with each. The cost of the GM program we were interested in was well above our budget (would have added over $6000 to the purchase price), so we declined the coverage. Bill was sensitive to our budget restraints and did not try to force us into a program. This was a huge relief for us. The Wyler Buick GMC staff were very kind to us and we highly recommend Ketchel and Bill. More
